Buying tickets online?

When you purchase your ticket on our website, there's no need to go to the ticket office to collect it. Simply show our driver the electronic ticket you will receive after the purchase.

This is another convenience for you to plan your trip with ease and comfort.

Does the company make reservations for tickets?

No, currently this option is not available. The customer can purchase their ticket in advance or through our website.

Can tickets be exchanged?

Yes, but the customer must go to the ticket office at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled boarding time, directly at the ticket sales location. (State Law 13.655/00, Article 1, item XVII, regulated by State Decree 44.603/07)

How does the Paid Reservation work?

With the paid reservation, you purchase a ticket at one ticket office and make it available for another person to collect at another ticket office. It’s very simple! Buy at any sales point and provide the details of who will collect the ticket.

If I miss the bus time, can I return the ticket?

No, the ticket can only be revalidated if the passenger shows up at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled boarding time, according to State Law 13.655/00, Article 1, item XVII, regulated by State Decree 44.603/07.

And if I lose the ticket?

In case of losing the ticket, the passenger will also lose the right to the trip or any financial compensation. Under current regulations, boarding without the ticket is a serious infraction and subject to a fine.

Can I cancel the ticket?

If you decide to cancel the trip, it must be done at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled boarding time, according to current state legislation (State Law 13.655/00, regulated by State Decree 44.603/07).

The ticket cancellation must be made exclusively through the channel where it was purchased.

If you have the ticket in hand, it must be delivered at any ticket office, as the ticket is a tax document. The refund will be made by bank deposit within up to 30 (thirty) days.

Validity of Tickets (State Law 13.655/00)

The user has the legal right to reschedule or refund the ticket payment in case of cancellation. However, some rules defined by the law apply, specifically the State Law of Minas Gerais nº 13.655/00, regulated by Decree nº 44.603/07.

Thus, to be entitled to reschedule or cancel the ticket, the request must be made at least 12 (twelve) hours before the scheduled travel time and through the same channel where the purchase was made, including for tickets purchased online on our official website. If this deadline is missed, the ticket will lose its validity, with no right to a refund or revalidation.

The refund will be made to the customer’s nominal account within up to 30 (thirty) days from the refund request. In the event of rescheduling, the user can change the ticket for a period of up to 30 (thirty) days beyond the ticket date.
