Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, for your comfort and your pet's, it is necessary to purchase a ticket:
1 – Tickets can be purchased through all sales channels;
2 – In consideration of the comfort and convenience of the animal and other passengers, it is required to purchase the seat next to the owner (subject to seat availability);
3 – Animals whose species, size, ferocity, venom, or health compromise the safety and well-being of passengers are not transported;
4 – It is mandatory for the animal to be contained in a carrier or transport box, free of excrement, water, and food;
5 – The animal must remain inside the transport container to ensure hygiene, comfort, and safety for themselves and other passengers;
6 – Maximum weight of 10 kg including the transport box, accommodated on the neighboring seat, except in exceptional cases;
What documents are required for animal transport?
It is mandatory to present at boarding the Health Certificate (dogs and cats) or the Animal Transport Guide (GTA) for others;
1 – Documents must be issued a maximum of 15 days before the trip and signed by a veterinarian;
2 – For transporting wild animals, present authorization from IBAMA and the respective health certificate;
Can I travel with a guide dog?
Yes, according to the guidelines below:
1 – No ticket fee will be charged;
2 – The dog can only board if accompanied by its owner and visually impaired person;
3 – Staying in the vehicle aisle is allowed;
4 – Must be equipped with a harness, chest strap, and identification tag on the neck;
5 – Present vaccination card and certificate issued by the guide dog training center;
How to purchase a ticket for the pet?
Tickets can be purchased through all sales channels and must follow the criteria:
1 – The animal must occupy a seat next to the responsible person and transportation depends on the availability of the neighboring seat, making ticket purchase mandatory;
2 – The information provided on the ticket will be the same as the person responsible for the transported animal;
3 – The rules for refund, rebooking, or cancellation of the animal's ticket will follow the same procedures adopted for passengers;
